Houston Texans wide receiver Jaylin Noel had a few good weeks while filling in for Christian Kirk, but with Kirk back from his hamstring injury last week, Noel didn't have a catch and lost three yards on his only carry to finish with negative fantasy points. The rookie from Iowa State still has upside, but he's not likely to be involved enough in this week's contest to be relevant for fantasy. With Davis Mills replacing C.J. Stroud (concussion), the offense will likely be more conservative, and Kirk and Nico Collins will do most of the heavy lifting at receiver since they're back from injury. This week, Noel is only the No. 81 WR in RotoBaller's rankings, leaving him well outside of a starter spot in almost all formats.--Zach Thompson
