Washington Nationals catcher Keibert Ruiz (concussion) has been shifted to the 7-day injured list on Friday. Ruiz was hit in the head by a foul ball during Monday's game. As a result, Ruiz was placed on the 10-day injured list. However, he'll be moved to the 7-day injured list after being diagnosed with a concussion. That means, Ruiz is now eligible to come off the IL on Tuesday. In the meantime, Riley Adams and Drew Millas will split up the time behind the plate.--Andy Webb
