Tekoah Roby Tosses Six Shutout Frames
Tekoah Roby tossed six shutout innings against Norfolk in his third start at the Triple-A level. In this outing, Roby allowed just three hits and one walk. He struck out five. This was a strong bounce-back outing for Roby as he allowed 12 runs and 15 across his first two starts at the Triple-A level. Roby opened the campaign with Double-A Springfield and was quite productive, posting a 2.49 ERA with a stellar 0.96 WHIP. During this stint, the No. 11-ranked prospect in the St. Louis system struck out 57 batters and allowed 11 free passes. Fantasy managers should continue to keep an eye on his progress as he could push for a late-season MLB debut, especially if he can turn the corner at Triple-A.
