Adrian Houser Tosses Six Scoreless Innings
Adrian Houser was once again excellent on the mound during Monday's game against the New York Mets. Houser recently joined the South Siders and has been basically untouchable on the mound since doing that. On Monday, Houser tossed six scoreless innings, allowing three hits, and striking out six batters in a no-decision. He has thrown 12 straight scoreless frames with his new team. The track record would suggest that Houser will come back down to Earth soon, so fantasy managers don't need to jump on the waiver wire just yet. Houser might be worth rostering in AL-only formats, but isn't a must-have pitcher despite his recent success.
