Jake Meyers Homers Twice, Drives In Seven On Saturday
Jake Meyers came alive at the plate during Saturday's game against the Chicago White Sox. Meyers nearly hit for the cycle as the White Sox had no answers for him during Saturday's game. He smacked a solo homer off right-hander Davis Martin in the third inning. Meyers would hit another blast in the sixth inning which would give the Astros the lead. He finished his day 4-for-4 with two homers, a triple, a double, and seven RBI in the win. This was an incredible game from Meyers, but fantasy managers shouldn't rush to the waiver wire. Meyers is better known for his defense and is unlikely to be producing many seven-RBI games in the future.
