New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin will miss 1-2 weeks with an upper-body injury, Mollie Walker of The New York Post reports. The Rangers' No. 1 made his 39th start of the campaign on Friday against the Pittsburgh Penguins but will not be available for Saturday's clash against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Dylan Garand has been called up from the minors to serve as Jonathan Quick's backup for the matchup. Based on the projected timeline, there's a good chance Shesterkin will be ready to return to action after the 4 Nations Face-Off. The Rangers are scheduled to continue the regular season on Feb. 22 against the Buffalo Sabres.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
