Today's DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 1/12/25. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

The Big Ten (18) will get us through a lot of what would be lighter days this winter in college basketball. They have the teams and know how to market them. The SEC and ACC are happy to pile everything into a Tuesday/Saturday schedule. The Big Ten (18) gives us big games on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. It's a great move on their part, and I love it!

We start in Evanston with Michigan State in town. Nebraska heads to West Lafayette to take in Purdue. Washington is in Ann Arbor to face the Wolverines. The only outlier is West Virginia in Boulder to take on the Buffs. We end this in State College with Oregon in town.

Braden Smith, Purdue ($10.9K)

Nebraska is a good defensive team, but Smtih doesn't rely on scoring to put up his big DFS lines. He has 43 assists over the last four games. The nine steals don't hurt either. Smith stuffs the stat sheet across the board, giving us a high ceiling and solid floor no matter who the opponent is.

Tre Donaldson, Michigan ($7.3K)

Donaldson is a lethal outside shooter, but he's not a one-trick pony. He attacks the boards well for a guard and has had the ball in his hands more often for Michigan. That has led to more assists. Add that to his strong defense, and he's a poor man's Braden Smith. His ceiling is in the 40s, with a floor in the mid-20s.

Nimari Burnett, Michigan ($5.9K)

Burnett is one of the few holdovers for Michigan this year. His pristine outside shooting has commanded more minutes lately in wins against the Los Angeles teams. Burnett relies more on scoring than I would like, but he's shooting nearly 45% from three-point range on the season. That provides a pretty high ceiling for the price.

Luis Kortright, Washington ($4.0K)

Kortright can score, but so can the rest of the guards off the bench. The Huskies are looking for him to distribute with the second unit and play good defense. He has double-digit DraftKings points in four straight games, topping out at 20 against the other Michigan team this week. That's a nice return for a value play.

Danny Wolf, Michigan ($9.4K)

Danny Wolf is having a tremendous season at Michigan, moving firmly into our first round. Wolf burst on the scene in Yale's upset of Auburn in last year's NCAA Tournament. He is even better this year. Wolf might be the best passing big man in this year's class and can hit the outside shot. For obvious reasons, he draws comparisons to Kelly Olynyk. That's probably his floor. Wolf is more polished than most coming from the fundamental-heavy Ivy League.

He's a walking double-double, and if he keeps handling the ball as much as he is with Michigan running pick-and-rolls through Wolf, he has slate-breaking potential every time he steps on the court.

Vladislav Goldin, Michigan ($7.8K)

Goldin and Wolf put on a clinic against UCLA. Goldin scored 36 points on the Bruins because UCLA couldn't handle the bigs inside for Michigan. Washington is going to have the same problem. There is more than enough value at guard to run both Michigan big men again.

Bangot Dak, Colorado ($5K)

Arizona State's size inside neutered Dak, but he rebounded with a solid game against Central Florida. We're going to have absolute floor games from Dak at times, but the ceiling is high enough to keep us coming back. He put up 25.5 DraftKings points against an Iowa State team that is similar defensively to West Virginia.

Brandon Angel, Oregon ($4.2K)

Angel is usually a sharpshooter off the bench for Oregon, but his shot volume is down lately. He's usually a bit shy from the floor, but I think it's mostly because the Oregon guards have been scoring at will lately. Penn State's perimeter defense will make the bigs work a little more for Oregon. That should be a good thing for Angel.
