Fantasy Football Injury Reports: Week 11 Updates for Trevor Lawrence, Sam LaPorta, Mike Evans, Miles Sanders, Dalton Kincaid, Aaron Jones

Trevor Lawrence - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Fantasy football injury updates and injury reports for RB, WR, TE for Week 11 (2024), as of 11/12, including Trevor Lawrence, Sam LaPorta, Mike Evans, Miles Sanders, Dalton Kincaid, Aaron Jones.

We're now in the second half of the 2024 NFL season, and Week 10 was a fantastic week of football. Week 9 didn't have many serious injuries but Week 10 was even better in that regard, as it had the fewest injuries in a week so far this season.

Unfortunately, despite fewer injuries than usual, we still had some impactful injuries. Seeing which players are dealing with injuries and which ones aren't quite at 100% yet will go a long way if you're looking to win your fantasy leagues.

Without further ado, let's look at some injuries to watch and consider heading into Week 11. Don't forget to bookmark our fantasy football player news page, or download the free RotoBaller fantasy football mobile app with push notification alerts to stay notified.

Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Last week, Dak Prescott's nightmare season got even worse as he suffered a potentially season-ending injury. But he wasn't the only QB who might miss the rest of the season after suffering an injury in Week 9.

Unlike Prescott's injury, Trevor Lawrence's injury wasn't deemed serious early on. He popped up on the injury report before the game against the Vikings in Week 10, and claimed he was "going to do everything to be out there".

Unfortunately for Lawrence, the injury to his non-throwing shoulder was more serious than initially thought, and he missed Week 10 against the Vikings. The Jaguars' season is all but over, and there's a chance that Lawrence could miss the rest of the year, according to Dianna Russini.

Mac Jones will start in his place, and if his terrible performance against the Vikings is anything to go by, you should steer clear of all Jaguars players for the rest of the season.

Sam LaPorta, TE, Detroit Lions

Injuries have plagued Sam LaPorta's sophomore season. The Iowa product dominated the NFL as a rookie but dealt with a hamstring injury in the preseason. He started the season slowly and suffered a low-ankle sprain in Week 3.

But not even that injury was enough to keep him down, as he continued to play and had his best game of the season in Week 10. Unfortunately, LaPorta sprained his AC Joint in that game, and this injury might finally force him to miss a game.

After the game, LaPorta said his injury was "nothing major", but Lions HC Dan Campbell later claimed that LaPorta "might miss" Week 11. Brock Wright played well in Week 3 when LaPorta went down, so he might be an intriguing option if LaPorta misses time.

Aaron Jones, RB, Minnesota Vikings

Just like LaPorta, Aaron Jones has suffered multiple injuries so far this season but none of them have managed to bring him down. He suffered hip injuries in Week 2 and Week 5 but didn't miss a game despite these injuries.

Jones went down with a rib injury in Week 10 against the Jaguars and had to be carted off the field. Luckily for Jones and the Vikings, he returned to the game and looked fine.

Kevin O’Connell told reporters on Monday that Jones is day-to-day and he expects him to play in Week 11.

Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills

Dalton Kincaid went on a tear in the second half of his rookie season but is experiencing a sophomore slump like fellow 2023 NFL Draftee Sam LaPorta. To make things even worse, Kincaid got hurt in Week 10 against the Colts.

Kincaid went down with a knee injury, and although he returned to the game, he had to leave again in the fourth quarter. Kincaid later said he thought he could go back and play, but then he "didn’t feel good enough to run".

Speaking to the media on Monday, Bills head coach Sean McDermott said they would monitor how Kincaid will do in practice this week. Based on the vagueness of McDermott's comments, Kincaid could miss Week 11 against the Chiefs, opening the door for Dawson Knox to have a big game.

Miles Sanders, RB, Carolina Panthers

One bad mistake can ruin your career. Miles Sanders was one of the best players in the world in 2022, but his decision to go to the Panthers in 2023 was a terrible mistake. And now, it looks like Sanders might have played his last game as a Panther.

Sanders suffered a scary leg injury against the Giants in Munich and had to be carted off the field. He's now seeing a specialist and could be out for a prolonged period.

Chuba Hubbard has averaged 92.5 rushing yards per game in his last eight games, and his numbers might get even better now that Sanders is hurt.

Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Christian McCaffrey made his long-awaited return to the field in Week 10 against the Buccaneers. Baker Mayfield and the Bucs tried hard to win that game but were outgunned due to the absence of Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

Godwin won't return this year, but Evans will almost certainly return after the Bucs' bye. Evans even said a return in Week 10 against the 49ers "was close". Assuming that he returns in Week 12, he'd have to average 95 yards per game to continue his historic 1000-yard streak.
