Courtland Sutton fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 7 (2024). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Courtland Sutton for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12-14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/WR4
ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton is one of the more frustrating players to manage in fantasy football this season. He may have the lowest value of any team's WR1 this season, and has three games scoring eight or fewer PPR fantasy points this season.

Sutton's best trait is his ability to make circus catches in traffic and "Moss" defenders for ridiculous contested grabs, but his ability to consistently gets open lags behind his other abilities, making him much less consistent in PPR scoring formats. He's a similar player to what he was in 2023, where he mainly relied on touchdowns to produce start-worthy weeks.

Against the New Orleans Saints, he'll face four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore, who has a history of shutting down teams' top receivers. He is a candidate to stay on the bench for fantasy football Week 7. There aren't many teams that consistently trot out a full field of unstartable wide receivers in fantasy, but Denver is one of them.
If you do start him, you're likely relying on busted coverages or circus touchdown catches, and those are never good things to rely on. Outside of deeper leagues, you may want to consider keeping him on the bench.
