CBB DFS: Main DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (1/13/24)

Armando Bacot CBB DFS ncaa tournament daily fantasy college basketball march madness

Today's Main DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 1/13/24. Mike's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

Saturday is here, and that means wall-to-wall college basketball! The main slate features the best dozen games in today's first two hours of action. Most of the teams are from power conferences and they are all conference games, so it gets really competitive! Let's see what this slate looks like!

The SEC offers up Tennessee and Georgia from Athens and Vanderbilt in Oxford, followed by Kentucky at College Station. The Big East has Seton Hall in Indy to take on Butler, St John's in a very snowy Omaha to take on Creighton, and Xavier at Providence. The Big Ten's only offering is Northwestern at Wisconsin. The ACC gives us North Carolina State in Louisville, Syracuse at Chapel Hill, and Virginia at Wake. The Big 12 only gives us one game, but it's a doozy. Oklahoma is in Lawrence to take on the Jayhawks. We finish this off with a battle out west with San Diego State at The Pit to take on the Lobos.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 1/13/24, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower levels of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Devin Carter, Providence ($9,600)

The Friars appeared in the polls after beating Marquette and Butler to open Big East play but have lost the last three games by a combined 15 points against Creighton, St. John's, and Seton Hall. Don't blame Carter. He has at least 40 DraftKings points in five straight games, including 59.75 in the narrow loss to the Red Storm this week. That's three straight double-doubles for Carter. A fourth should be in store against Xavier.

Daniss Jenkins, St. John's ($7,500)

Jenkins came over from Iona with Rick Pitino and has finally found his place on this team. After a disappointing game against Connecticut just before Christmas, Jenkins has piled up 154.75 DraftKings points in four games. Three of those were against Big East opponents. Jenkins scored 74 points in that span, which is well over his season average of 13 points per game. Add in the stacked peripherals, and the ceiling for Jenkins is as good as those priced a thousand higher.

RJ Luis, St. John's ($6,200)

Guard play has been a big reason for the Storm surge over the last four games since the loss to UConn. DraftKings isn't changing their prices despite strong games across the board. Luis has 107.5 DraftKings points in that four-game stretch, scoring in double figures in all of them. Luis is aggressive on the boards and an outstanding defender. If he keeps scoring like this, the ceiling is very high for this price range.

Hayden Hefner, Texas A&M ($3,900)

Hefner flies under the radar on this team, but the senior hasn't been in single-digit DraftKings points since December 10 against Memphis. Hefner is one of those guys who is a better basketball player than a DFS player, but when a guy priced this cheap plays 25 minutes a game, that's a lot of opportunity.

Also consider: Baylor Scheierman, Creighton ($9,100); Zakai Zeigler, Tennessee ($8,600); Allen Flanigan, Mississippi ($8,000); Ezra Manjon, Vanderbilt ($7,000); Ty Berry, Northwestern ($6,600); Milos Uzan, Oklahoma ($6,400); Tyrece Radford, Texas A&M ($5,700); Max Klesmit, Wisconsin ($4,800); Nahiem Alleyne, St. John's ($4,200)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Jaedon LeDee, San Diego State ($9,000)

LeDee had a cold stretch from Thanksgiving to Christmas, but he's back on track in Mountain West play. LeDee has scored 20 points in four straight and posted double-doubles in back-to-back games against UNLV and San Jose State. The Aztecs go as LeDee goes. This is a better offensive team than the one that made a Final Four run. They should run roughshod over this conference and LeDee is a big reason why.

Jaemyn Brakefield, Mississippi ($7,600)

It took Brakefield a bit to get going, but he has been on fire since the calendar flipped to 2024. He has 50 points, seven rebounds, four steals, and three assists in the two January games for the Rebels. They weren't against cupcakes either. Brakefield went nuts on Tennessee and Florida, two of the upper-echelon SEC teams. Brakefield has at least 15 points in six straight games now. This appears to be sustainable.

Jason Rivera-Torres, Vanderbilt ($5,400)

The freshman is playing more minutes now (73 in the last three games) and getting more comfortable with the college game. In those three games, Rivera-Torres has 36 points, 14 rebounds, seven steals, two assists, and two blocks. For a Vanderbilt team in need of playmakers, Rivera-Torres has been a revelation. He's still coming off the bench for now, but his role seems to be increasing by the game.

Jay Pal, San Diego State ($4,800)

The transfer from Campbell has seen a diminished role on a stacked Aztecs team, but Pal has played strong minutes off the bench lately. Over the last four games, Pay has 27 points, 25 rebounds, two assists, and five blocks in 87 minutes. That's a great per-minute average for Pal. If he keeps playing around 20 minutes per game, he should provide around 20 DraftKings points. I'll take that for the price.

Also consider: Armando Bacot, North Carolina ($8,100); Maliq Brown, Syracuse ($7,800); Harrison Ingram, North Carolina ($7,500); Steven Crowl, Wisconsin ($6,600); Ven-Allen Lubin, Vanderbilt ($5,100); Chris Bell, Syracuse ($5,000); Moussa Cisse, Mississippi ($4,700);
