ANALYSIS: Taylor Heinicke is in for his first start as an Atlanta Falcon in Week 9. Desmond Ridder has struggled mightily in recent weeks, so the veteran signal-caller is being elevated to the QB1 role.
The Minnesota Vikings have allowed the 13th-most fantasy points per game this season, meaning Heinicke could do some damage in fantasy football on Sunday. However, his ceiling is likely limited due to the absence of Drake London (groin). The talented receiver was injured last week and was ruled out for the Week 9 NFC contest.
Heinicke isn't high on the fantasy radar in single-QB formats, but he has plenty of appeal in tw0-QB and superflex leagues.
