Caris LeVert is worth considering as a fantasy basketball waiver wire pickup heading into Week 22 of the 2022-23 NBA season.

ANALYSIS: What a couple of weeks for Caris! Caris LeVert, that is, who has appeared in seven games in the last 14 days through Friday, has started two of those matchups, and has averaged a very solid 33 FPPG. In fact, barring a 19-fantasy point outing on March 8, LeVert has reached 28 fantasy points in all other games as part of this late stint while putting up at least 34 in each of his past three outings.
LeVert has scored 15+ points in five consecutive games, including a couple of matches in which he topped 20 pops (22 and 24 on back-to-back nights) last Tuesday and Wednesday. He’s been scorching hot from the floor and beyond the three-point arc, hitting 33-of-61 FGA in his last five games while also averaging a ridiculous 3.2 3PM per game—basically 10 points on three-point shots made alone.
The guard has been on an absolute defensive tear of late, too, stealing at last one ball in each of his last eight games and in nine of his last 10. More impressive is the fact that he’s actually stealing 2+ rocks per game in the past two weeks (seven games) while also getting 0.8+ BPG.
Through the full season, CLV has averaged good-not-great numbers but he’s always contributed on all fronts. He’s one of only 29 players in the NBA contributing a nightly 10-4-4-1 line, and one of only 13 to do so in 2,000 MP through the campaign. He’s also the only player in that group to reach those averages playing fewer than 34 MPG (he’s at 30 MPG through the year).
