Vinnie Pasquantino Injured Monday
Vinnie Pasquantino (shoulder) left the game early on Monday against the Chicago White Sox with right shoulder discomfort. Pasquantino looked to be in serious pain after a swing and was replaced by infielder Nick Pratto. For now, fantasy managers must consider Pasquantino as day-to-day but be prepared for the worst. The 24-year-old left-handed slugger has held his own in his first taste of major league pitching this year, slashing .264/.348/.437 with eight home runs, 15 RBI and 17 runs scored in his first 198 big-league plate appearances over 48 games played for the Royals. Check back for updates on the severity of his shoulder injury.
