The New York Jets are expecting offensive tackle Mekhi Becton (knee) to miss a significant portion of the 2022 regular season after injuring his knee cap and patella on Monday in training camp practice. The team initially didn't believe that Becton's injury was all that serious, but it turns out it's a new injury and unrelated to his previous knee injury that sidelined him for all but one game in 2021. Becton has more medical appointments on Tuesday to get more clarity on his injury. It's a major blow for the 23-year-old former first-rounder, who was being moved to right tackle for this season. There's a chance that Becton could wind up missing all of this year, which obviously is bad news for New York's offensive line.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
