Week 4 Monday Night Football Bets - Anytime Touchdown Scorer and Expert Props Picks (2025)

JK Dobbins - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Kipp Heisterman's Week 4 Monday Night Football betting predictions, anytime touchdown scorer bets, MNF players props bets, and odds analysis for Week 4. Free Monday Night Football betting picks for tonight's game.

Hello everybody, and welcome to Week 4's edition of Monday Night Football bets and props! The NFL season is starting to get into a groove, and we here at RotoBaller could not be more thrilled to bring you some of the best content in the market. We are excited to bring betting content to all those interested in every slate in any given week.

This weekly article will focus on the Monday night slate, and I will provide several different betting angles for the games scheduled. I will typically provide at least one play on the game's total or spread, as well as at least three player or game props, including at least one touchdown prop. Although this article will be published each week on Monday mornings, you can always feel free to check out our Discord Channel to see plays posted throughout the week.

This week's Monday night schedule features another two-game slate, including the New York Jets at Miami Dolphins and the Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos. Each of these teams has soft spots in their defense that we can look to take advantage of as well. Without further delay, let's get into tonight's picks for Week 4 of Monday Night Football!

Week 4 Monday Night Football Betting Odds

New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins

Spread: Miami Dolphins  -2.5 (-118 DraftKings)
Total: 45.5

In our first Monday night matchup, we have a battle between two AFC East basement dwellers in the 0-3 New York Jets and the 0-3 Miami Dolphins. Both of these teams have been involved in highly competitive games to begin the season; however, they have each come up short in all of those games. Miami is coming off a solid showing against the Bills on Thursday Night Football and likely needs a win to keep Mike McDaniel in his coaching seat. Meanwhile, the Jets are coming off a last-second loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Denver Broncos

Spread: Denver Broncos -7.5  (-110 DraftKings)
Total: 44.5

In our second Monday night matchup, we have two teams looking to right their ship after suffering Week 3 losses with the Cincinnati Bengals and the Denver Broncos. The Bengals, who fell to 2-1 after getting obliterated by the Vikings in Week 3, will be without star quarterback Joe Burrow until at least December, and are trying to gather as many wins as possible while he is on the shelf, so that they can still be a contender upon his return. Meanwhile, the Broncos, who had high expectations heading into 2025, fell to 1-2 last week after suffering a crushing defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Chargers.

Week 4 Monday Night Football Betting Picks

It is no secret that the Miami Dolphins badly need a win in this Monday night matchup against the Jets. McDaniel and GM Chris Grier could not be sitting in seats any hotter than they are for this game tonight, that is for sure. The Dolphins are coming off what could be described as their best performance of the season in Week 3 at Buffalo, and had a chance to tie the game up late had it not been for a Tua Tagovailoa interception on the final drive.

For the Dolphins to have success in this game, they will need to come out and attack a Jets’ secondary that has allowed 489 receiving yards to wide receivers this season, which ranks ninth-worst in the league. This should be right in the Dolphins’ wheelhouse, especially against the Jets, as Tua has thrown for an average of 266 passing yards per game over his previous three matchups against them.

All signs point to Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill being a full-go for this matchup, so there will be no excuses if the Dolphins are unable to move the ball through the air. Both receivers have seen at least five targets in each game this season, with Hill seeing no fewer than six targets in any of the first three weeks. Hill is someone we will discuss a bit more in-depth later in this article, but he has gone for 100+ receiving yards in two of his previous three matchups against the Jets and should be able to help carry this passing game for Miami.

Miami also has a strong track record against the Jets in recent years that we can use to help guide us in making a selection here. Since the 2020 season, the Dolphins have won eight of the last 10 meetings against the Jets, winning on average by nearly 15 points per game. They also won each game by at least three points, which is exactly what we need tonight in order for them to cover the spread.

The Pick: Miami Dolphins -2.5  (-118 DraftKings)

Week 4 Monday Night Football Player Props

Tyreek Hill OVER 64.5 receiving yards (-113 DraftKings)

As mentioned above, Hill is the guy we likely want to focus on in this Miami passing attack. Thus far in 2025, he has seen no fewer than six targets in any game and is averaging nearly eight targets per game. He has also seen plenty of success against the Jets in his time with the Dolphins, having averaged six catches for 61 receiving yards on eight targets per game since 2022.

The Jets' secondary has also struggled against wide receivers this season, having allowed a total of 489 receiving yards to the position, which ranks them ninth-worst in the league. They have also allowed four wide receivers to go for 70+ receiving yards through their first three games, including allowing both Sterling Shepard and Emeka Egbuka to eclipse the 80-yard threshold in Week 3.

The Jets’ run defense, on the other hand, has been pretty stout, as they have allowed an average of just 3.6 yards per carry to the running back position. While James Cook did gash them for 132 rushing yards on 21 carries in Week 2, no other running back has managed more than 3.4 yards per carry against them. This tells me the Dolphins will likely have trouble if they try to grind it out with De’Von Achane or Ollie Gordon II, and should be more focused on the pass.

J.K. Dobbins OVER 65.5 rushing yards (-110 DraftKings)

Dobbins and the Broncos should be in great shape to run the ball as they currently sit as 7.5-point favorites in this matchup against the Bengals, and Dobbins is the guy we want to look at, given his overall volume. Through the first three weeks of the season, Dobbins has averaged nearly 14 carries and 74 rushing yards per game.

Dobbins has also eclipsed this total in two of his previous three games. The Bengals, meanwhile, enter this matchup having allowed the sixth-most rushing yards per game to the running back position. They have also allowed an average of 4.5 yards per carry and have had the sixth-most rushing attempts against them.

The Broncos should look to run the ball early and often against this defense, and Dobbins should see the bulk of the carries once again, as he currently dominates the snap share in their backfield.

Week 4 Monday Night Football Anytime Touchdown Bet

J.K. Dobbins ANYTIME touchdown scorer (-130 DraftKings)

I know that is not a sexy anytime touchdown bet, as Dobbins is currently priced at -130; however, one could also look at his first touchdown scorer prop, which is currently priced at +450, if they wanted some additional value here. This spot against the Bengals tonight looks tremendous for Dobbins to score, regardless.

Let’s start with Dobbin’s usage thus far in 2025. Dobbins has dominated the snap share in Denver with 95 total snaps. This is 43 more snaps than the next man in line, RJ Harvey. He has also carried the ball 41 times for 222 rushing yards. Even further, Dobbins has scored a rushing touchdown in each of the Broncos’ first three games. The fact that the Broncos are 7.5-point favorites also helps with the game script for getting Dobbins heavily involved.

The Bengals' defense, on the other hand, has struggled quite a bit against the running back position. Overall, they have allowed the sixth-most rushing yards to running backs while also allowing an average of 4.5 yards per carry. They have also allowed three rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns to running backs. I bring up the receiving touchdowns as Dobbins has also been targeted four times through the first three games, and brings up an additional avenue for him to score.
