Week 13 Waiver Wire Rankings - Fantasy Baseball Pickups Include: Emmet Sheehan, Gavin Williams, Samad Taylor, Luis Matos

Emmet Sheehan - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 13 of the 2023 MLB season. These are free agent options to add off waivers, and our rankings will help you prioritize.

Welcome back RotoBallers to our fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 13 -- June 19 through June 25. The MLB All-Star break is a few weeks away, and now is the time to start searching the waiver wire for players who can instantly help your fantasy teams as we move closer to the second half of the season. More top prospects are being called up to the big leagues, and some are producing for fantasy managers immediately. Bo Naylor, Emmet Sheehan, Luis Matos, and Samad Taylor were recently promoted. Jordan Westburg, Christian Encarnacion-Strand, Colton Cowser, Sal Frelick, Ronny Mauricio, Dominic Fletcher, and David Hamilton continue to rake in the minors. At the same time, Gavin Williams and Ben Brown have pitched well and are patiently waiting for a promotion to the majors.

Fantasy managers might have some injured stars return soon, such as New York Yankees left-hander Carlos Rodon (elbow, back), who was cleared for a rehab assignment and is set to start Tuesday with Double-A Somerset. In contrast, Los Angeles Dodgers left-hander Julio Urias (hamstring), Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Brandon Woodruff (shoulder), and Detroit Tigers southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez (finger) recently threw bullpen sessions. Notable injury notes include Sean Murphy (hamstring), Tim Anderson (shoulder), Chris Taylor (knee), and Anthony Rendon (wrist) being considered day-to-day. Triston McKenzie (elbow), Wilmer Flores (foot), Edward Cabrera (shoulder), Jean Segura (hamstring), and Patrick Wisdom (wrist) were all placed on the injured list. The ball is flying out of the yard as offenses are heating up. We are here to help sort it all out with our latest waiver wire rankings article.

This week's waiver wire rankings feature players such as Emmet Sheehan, Gavin Williams, Samad Taylor, Luis Matos, Bo Naylor, Andrew Abbott, Kendall Graveman, Jordan Hicks, Nick Pratto, Adbert Alzolay, Jesus Sanchez, Bryan Woo, Christian Encarnacion-Strand, James Paxton, Luke Raley, Royce Lewis, Joey Wiemer, and where they rank, among others. Read more to see where these players rank in the waiver wire rankings for Week 13.

Week 13 Waiver Wire Roundup for Fantasy Baseball

Just like any other week, we have put together a full assortment of fantasy baseball waiver wire articles. You can see that full roundup below to help prepare you for Sunday night's waiver wire runs for leagues with weekly transactions.

For those who are not familiar, our team's fantasy baseball waiver wire articles get published on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays each week. First up is our closers and saves waiver wire report by David Marcillo, followed by our two-start pitcher streamers article by Pranav Uppalapati, and then the top hitter streamers by Dawn Temper, released late each week to give you a head start on the week ahead.

For you premium subscribers, you get our overall waiver wire article, compliments of Nick Mariano. These will give you a solid overview of the waiver wire options. RotoBaller's resident points league guru Nick Gaut brings you his weekly points league pickups for hitters.

In addition to these articles, we also dig deeper for each position with individual waiver wire articles: starting pitcher pickups, outfield pickups, 2B and SS pickups, 1B and 3B pickups, deep fantasy hitter pickups, and players to consider dropping.

Who To Pickup for Fantasy Baseball Week 13?

Are you looking for a more direct and structured list of prioritized players to add off the waiver wire? This article is the final piece of the weekly waiver wire pickups series. Its goal is to show you our weekly ranking for the relevant waiver wire pickup options, including how to prioritize them for your league (depending on the league size).

So below, you will find the overall rankings list. Below that, each individual position is in priority order. Hopefully, this helps you win your waiver wire this week!
