Week 13 NFL Weather Report - Fantasy Football Lineup Impacts

AJ Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

Kipp's Week 13 NFL weather report for fantasy football (2025). He looks at NFL game weather forecasts to help make key fantasy football start/sit decisions.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to our Week 13 fantasy football weather report for the 2025 NFL season! The first two-thirds of the season brought us very few weather concerns, but now that the winter months have arrived, it is time to fire this session back up. I will be here every week through the Super Bowl to discuss the weather forecasts for every NFL game, where appropriate. This is an article that is near and dear to my heart, as I am always looking for a weather edge where I can find one.

We will rely on the most accurate and up-to-date weather forecasts for each stadium from AccuWeather, a source that provides comprehensive weather maps. Factors such as temperature, precipitation, wind speed/direction, and visibility can play a crucial role in shaping game outcomes and statistics.

Our goal with this article is to assist you in making informed decisions for your fantasy teams and other betting activities, allowing you to capitalize on opportunities or navigate challenges posed by weather dynamics. Additionally, I hope to be able to update the article at least once each weekend before games kick off, as this article does publish on Thursdays. Here is your comprehensive fantasy football weather report for Week 13 of the 2025 season.

Editor's Note: The FFPC Playoff Challenge is back with a massive $500,000 grand prize and $1.35 million total prize pool, paying down to 800th place. Here's the deal: no salary cap, no draft, no pickups, no subs. Choose 10 players, and as NFL teams get knocked out so will your players, so choose your team wisely. The 7,250 entries will sell out quickly, and registrations will close on Saturday January 10th at 4:30 pm ET . Don't wait - get your team now and end your fantasy football season with a shot at $500,000! Sign Up Now!

Dome Games (No Weather Impact)

Some games in Week 13 will benefit from being played in domed stadiums, where the weather won't affect the outcome. These indoor venues provide a consistent environment.

  • Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions (Thursday Early Slate)
  • Kansas City Chiefs @ Dallas Cowboys (Thursday Afternoon Slate)
  • Houston Texans @ Indianapolis Colts (Sunday Early Slate)
  • Las Vegas Raiders @ Los Angeles Chargers (Sunday Afternoon Slate)

Minimal Weather Impact

These outdoor games in Week 13 don't appear to have very many weather concerns.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens (Thursday Night Slate)

The final game of the Thanksgiving Day slate features two AFC North rivals when the Bengals travel to M&T Bank Stadium to take on the Ravens in Baltimore, Md. While the temperatures will be rather chilly in the low to mid-30s, the overall weather should be pretty solid for football.

Skies are expected to be clear for this game. Additionally, we can expect 13 mph sustained winds, with gusts pushing 20 mph. While the gusts are pushing the limit here, I would not expect to see too many concerns in this matchup.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans (Sunday Early Slate)

We have an AFC South matchup of two teams headed in different directions when the Jaguars travel to Nashville to take on the Titans at Nissan Stadium. Overall, we should have no real weather concerns to contend with in this game.

AccuWeather currently shows temperatures listed in the lower 50s under mostly cloudy skies. Additionally, precipitation in the afternoon is supposed to be minimal to nonexistent. Winds are also expected to be sustained around 14 mph with gusts just above 20 mph.

Arizona Cardinals @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Sunday Early Slate)

Nothing to see here in terms of weather when the Cardinals travel to Tampa Bay, Fla., to take on the Bucs. Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies. Winds are also expected to be mild at 8 mph and gusts around 16 mph. Full systems go in this game.

Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks (Sunday Afternoon Slate)

Some of the best weather on the slate will take place at Seattle's Lumen Field when the Vikings take on the Seahawks. Temperatures are expected to be in the upper 40s under partly sunny skies. Wind should not be an issue, as gusts are only expected to be around 2 mph. Overall, this game looks great.

Denver Broncos @ Washington Commanders (Sunday Night Slate)

The weather should not be an issue when the Broncos travel to Maryland to take on the Washington Commanders at Northwest Stadium. While there will be rain throughout the day, it should give way to cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 30s for the game. Winds are expected to be mild, around 5 mph, with similar gusts. Start your studs in this one.

New York Giants @ New England Patriots (Monday Night Slate)

We have a two-time Super Bowl matchup when the Giants travel to Foxborough, Mass., to take on the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium. Temperatures will be cold, in the lower 30s, but aside from the low temperatures, this game has nothing else to note weather-wise. Winds are expected to be around 6 mph under clear skies.

Moderate Weather Impact

Let's take a look at some games where the weather is not quite severe, but could still have a moderate impact on the game, and help give us some information on what types of skill players might be worth being more cautious with.

Chicago Bears @ Philadelphia Eagles (Friday Afternoon Slate)

We have a fun Black Friday matchup this year as the Bears travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. As can be the case with late-November games in the City of Brotherly Love, we are going to see some minor weather concerns in this one.

Overall, temperatures should be manageable, as AccuWeather currently lists them in the low 40s. Additionally, we should see partly sunny skies, so precipitation should not be much of a factor here. Unfortunately, wind gusts are expected to be around 35 mph, which is a red flag for the kicking game. It would likely be best to stream someone other than Cairo Santos or Jake Elliott.

New Orleans Saints @ Miami Dolphins (Sunday Early Slate)

We have an interconference matchup on tap Sunday afternoon when the Saints travel to Miami Gardens to take on the Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium. While temperatures will be mild and in the mid-70s, we could see some afternoon showers. That being the case, winds are only expected to be around 6 mph with gusts of just 15 mph, so I would not expect too much of an impact here.

In all honesty, this game could probably go under the minimal weather impact category, but I do want to make note of the expected precipitation.

Los Angeles Rams @ Carolina Panthers (Sunday Early Slate)

The Rams will travel to Charlotte to take on the Panthers in what could be a highly contested intraconference battle. The weather in this game is not dissimilar in terms of concern to the Dolphins game above, but it should be noted.

Overall, temperatures will be in the lower 50s, and winds will be light at 2 mph, with gusts of 5 mph. There is currently a 75% chance of precipitation, so that is worth noting, but I would not recommend sitting any players due to the weather.

Atlanta Falcons @ New York Jets (Sunday Early Slate)

The Falcons will travel to East Rutherford, N.J., to take on the Jets at MetLife Stadium in what appears to be a rather soggy game. Currently, there is a 72% chance of rain, with temperatures sitting in the mid-40s. Additionally, wind gusts will be near 12-15 mph, so while not horrific, definitely worth noting when combined with the rain. Kickers should probably take a breather in this one.

Buffalo Bills @ Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday Afternoon Slate)

We have an old-fashioned intraconference matchup when the Bills travel to Acrisure Stadium to take on the Steelers Sunday afternoon. The weather is going to be soggy, as there is a 60% chance of precipitation.

Temperatures will also be on the colder side, as current projections show mid-40s. Wind impacts will be felt just a bit as well, as current sustained winds are projected to be 6 mph, with gusts pushing 15 mph.

Look, I am not one to overreact too much, but this game will need a double-check closer to kickoff, as Chris Boswell may be worth sitting down here.

Severe Weather Impact

San Francisco 49ers @ Cleveland Browns (Sunday Early Slate)

We have a fun matchup on Sunday afternoon when the 49ers travel to Cleveland to take on the Browns. It should be no surprise to see a game played at Huntington Bank Field show up in the severe section of this article, as the weather can be a bit tricky here later in the season.

Temperatures should be in the lower 40s, which is not too terrible; however, we could see some precipitation and wind, which is a tad concerning. Currently, there is a 58% chance of precipitation, with approximately .04 inches expected.

When you add the fact that wind gusts are expected to be around 35 mph, things look a bit messy. I would definitely look to avoid kickers in this matchup, similar to the Philadelphia situation, but perhaps even a bit worse, given the possibility of a wet field, so deep-threat wide receivers would be a sit for me as well.
