UCL DFS Lineup Picks for DraftKings And FanDuel (10/22/25) - UEFA Champions League Soccer Matchweek 3, Day Two

Brandon's DraftKings and FanDuel UCL DFS lineup picks for UEFA Champions League Soccer on 10/22/25 (Matchweek 3, Day Two). His top daily fantasy soccer forwards, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers.

Welcome back to “The Kick-Off” and welcome to the 25-26 season! After another run of International Play, followed by Domestic play at the weekend, and a few surprising results yesterday, we kick off Matchweek Three, Day Two! There is a high chance of heavy rotation with the slew of fixtures over the last two weeks! Let's knock out Matchweek Three, Day Two!!

The top favorite for today is Bayern München (-700) vs. Club Brugge (+1600). I will guide you through this seven-match slate starting at 3:00 P.M. EST on Wednesday, October 22.

If you have any questions on today's slate, bankroll management, GPP strategy, Cash game strategy, or anything else, don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected], via X @df_solutions, or in our Discord chat rooms.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

EPL DFS Goalies

Gerónimo Rulli - DK $4.4K || FD $10

Opponent - at Sporting CP

Unlike yesterday, there is a clear value play at the goalie position today, and managers don’t have to pay to get it either! Enter Gerónimo Rulli. The starting goalie for Olympique Marseille continues to dazzle. Over his most recent five fixtures in all competitions, he has made 21 saves, conceded three goals, and recorded three clean sheets.

After two Champions League fixtures, Marseille is the third-worst in Shots Against Per 90, yet they rank in the top ten for Goals Against Per 90. This is a testament to both the superb defense and in-form goalkeeping. Sporting CP struggled in their last fixture, away to Napoli, producing just one goal. This match will be at the José Alvalade Stadium, though. As long as Marseille continues to do what they do best, Rulli will have many chances to exceed value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Marco Carnesecchi (DK $5.6K || FD $12) vs. Slavia Praha
  • Kauã Santos (DK $4K || FD $8) at Liverpool FC

EPL DFS Forwards

Mason Greenwood - DK $9.3K || FD $22

Opponent - at Sporting CP

Up next is Gerónimo Rulli’s teammate and winger Mason Greenwood. The young English winger relishes his success in Ligue One. He has now produced five goals, 17 shots, eight chances created, 17 crosses, eight corners, three tackles, and one interception throughout his last five fixtures in all competitions. Greenwood is coming off a dominant performance at the weekend, where he bagged four goals in 70 minutes as well.

Sporting CP is not an easy task, and they sit in the top ten in metrics Against Per 90 after two Champions League fixtures. Nevertheless, Mason Greenwood often finds himself matchup-proof, and with his role on set pieces and open-play value, he is expected to maintain value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Ademola Lookman (DK $8.8K || FD $18) vs. Slavia Praha
  • Richarlison (DK $7.2K || FD $19) at AS Monaco

EPL DFS Midfielders

Mohammed Kudus - DK $8.2K || FD $16

Opponent - vs. AS Monaco

Mohammed Kudus is the focal point of Tottenham’s attack now. The versatile forward has produced one goal, two assists, seven shots, seven chances created, 32 crosses, 10 corners, nine tackles, and one clearance throughout his most recent five fixtures in all competitions. Kudus has both open-play value and set piece value, providing a ‘safe’ floor for ‘CASH’ contests.

AS Monaco, in two matchweeks in the Champions League, has proven that they do not belong. In a Per 90 against viewpoint, they are bottom three in Goals, Shots, Chances Created, In-the-Box Shots, In-the-Box Goals, and Penalty Area Defense. Whether they are at home or not, they are the top club to attack. Kudus has a palatable salary, making him enticing in both ‘CASH’ and ‘GPP’ formats.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Lazar Samardzic (DK $6.8K || FD $16) at Slavia Praha
  • Dominik Szoboszlai (DK $6.5K || FD $17) at Eintracht Frankfurt

EPL DFS Defenders

Defenders

Lorenzo Bernasconi - DK $4.9K || FD $9

Opponent - vs. Slavia Praha

To wrap things up, it's wingback Lorenzo Bernasconi. The youngster has a share of the set pieces for Atalanta; however, it is not the set pieces that make him an intriguing play game in and game out. It is his open-play value in a 3-4-2-1 formation. In his last five fixtures in all competitions–four starts–he has generated three shots, six chances created, 25 crosses, seven corners, nine tackles, five interceptions, nine clearances, and one block.

Slavia Praha is the second least optimal club on the slate. They are in the bottom ten in numerous categories. This is also being played at New Balance Arena. Due to the projected pace of the match and Atalanta’s projected possession, Bernasconi may not be able to highlight his full arsenal. However, he will have the chance to shine offensively.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Pedro Porro (DK $6.1K || FD $14) vs. AS Monaco
  • Emerson (DK $3.4K || FD $13) at Sporting CP

Corner Takers

Corner Takers:

  • AS Monaco: Jordan Teze/Caio Henrique
  • Tottenham Hotspur: Mohammed Kudus
  • Atalanta BC: Lazar Samardzic/Lorenzo Bernasconi
  • Slavia Praha: Vasil Kušej/Michal Sadilek
  • Chelsea FC: Reece James/Pedro Neto/Estêvão
  • AFC Ajax: Oscar Gloukh/Mika Godts/Kenneth Taylor
  • Eintrach Frankfurt: Fares Chaibi/Ritsu Doan
  • Liverpool FC: Domink Szoboszlai/Cody Gakpo
  • Real Madrid: Arda Güler/Rodrygo
  • Juventus: Kenin Yildiz/Teun Koopmeiners
  • Sporting CP: Pedro (Pote) Gonçalves/Francisco Trincão
  • Olympique Marseille: Mason Greenwood/Emerson Palmieri
  • Bayern München: Joshua Kimmich
  • Club Brugge: Christos Tzolis

Thanks for reading The Kick-Off. Good luck in all of your contests today!
