BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/4
ANALYSIS: New Orleans deep threat Rashid Shaheed represents an interesting boom/bust option in Week 12. Saints receiver Michael Thomas has been placed on IR with a knee injury. Thomas' absence should lead to increased opportunities for Shaheed, as well as rookie A.T. Perry against the Atlanta Falcons.

After Thomas left Week 10 with an injury, Shaheed earned a juicy 20.9% target share. While Chris Olave will draw the attention of Atlanta's top corner A.J. Terrell, Shaheed could do damage down the field against a Falcons secondary that's relinquished the NFL's fifth-most TDs (five) to the WR position in 2023.
Shaheed's production has proven to be volatile this year, though we've seen spike weeks, as the speedster has shown himself to be a big play waiting to happen. While Perry is expected to see an increased role, Thomas' absence thrusts Shaheed into the WR3/FLEX conversation this week against the Falcons.
