PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests

PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.

On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point.

Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points, and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point.

Tua Tagovailoa MORE than 264.5 passing yards

There is no doubt that New England is going to be a tough matchup for the Dolphins as the Patriots allowed an average of just 236 passing yards per game to the quarterback position in 2022. That being said, this Dolphins offense looked extremely impressive in Week 1 against the Chargers as Tua threw for over 450 passing yards and three touchdowns.

What stood out the most in the Dolphins' win last week was the fact that they threw the ball 45 times. This is the type of offense we should expect moving forward from Miami, which means that this prop on Tua is set just a tad low. He threw for more than this total in eight of the 13 games he played in during the 2022 season, including a 270-yard passing performance against these Patriots in Week 1.

Tyreek Hill MORE than 84.5 receiving yards

It only makes sense to pair Tua with his number-one target in this offense, Tyreek Hill. Hill saw a total of 15 (!) targets last week and managed to haul in 11 of them for over 200 receiving yards. In 2022, New England allowed an average of over 155 receiving yards per game to the wide receiver position, which ranked in the bottom half of the league.

Last season against New England with a healthy Tua in the lineup, Hill hauled in eight receptions for 94 receiving yards, which is a good sign for this game as well. Tyreek has also proclaimed that he is attempting to rack up 2,000 receiving yards this season, so he will definitely want to show out every opportunity he gets.

Rhamondre Stevenson MORE than 23.5 receiving yards

Rhamondre Stevenson should be rather busy in a game where the Patriots are slight underdogs as Mac Jones will likely be looking for him in dump-off situations late in the game. Last week vs. the Chargers, Miami allowed 47 receiving yards out of the backfield and they also ranked the eighth-worst in this stat category in 2022 as they allowed an average of 40 receiving yards per game to the running back position.

Stevenson saw six targets and managed to haul in all six for 64 receiving yards against the Eagles in Week 1. He was also a favorite target of Jones in 2022 as he saw 89 targets and hauled in 69 balls for 421 receiving yards. He managed to eclipse this total in seven games in 2022 as well.
