Week 15 DraftKings NFL DFS Picks - Main Slate (2025)

Puka Nacua - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News - icon rotoballer

Jamie's DraftKings NFL DFS Week 15 picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the main slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

Congratulations to all who made the fantasy football playoffs in your seasonal leagues! If you need some sit/start questions, be sure to join our RotoBaller Spaces this Sunday at 11:30 EST. Tipp Major does a great job hosting, and he'll be joined this week by Scott "the King" Engel and me, and possibly some other RotoBaller analysts as well! I'm still holding onto third place in the FantasyPros rankings competition.

The bye weeks are finally over, which means we have a humongous 13-game main slate for NFL DFS on DraftKings. Some have immense playoff implications, which is important this time of year. The prospect of "resting players" will become an issue this time of year, so playoff-bound teams will offer a bit more stability.

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Week 15 slate together!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 15 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Matthew Stafford, LAR vs. DET ($7,000)

The Rams are using Matthew Stafford with not only a Super Bowl in mind, but also an MVP. He has double-digit TD passes in seven straight contests, and three or more in five of those. He has the best one-two WR punch in the league with Puka Nacua and Davante Adams manning the perimeter, and the matchup is prime for success.

The Rams-Lions game is the highest total on the slate by far (54.5), and the Rams' implied total is 30 points (also the highest). They're at home in what projects to be a shootout against Detroit, and both teams need to continue winning. Over the past five weeks, the Lions have continued to sell out to stop the run, but have allowed the most FPPG to QBs and WRs. In that span, quarterbacks are averaging 244 YPG and 1.8 TDs per game against them.

VALUE PLAY

Marcus Mariota, WAS @ NYG ($5,000)

There are a TON of high-end skill players we're going to be exploring this week, so paying down at QB might be a necessary evil. Fortunately, we have several to choose from, but Marcus Mariota is priced like a full backup at $5K. Jayden Daniels has already been ruled out in what's now a lost season for him, and Mariota has stepped up nicely for fantasy.

Two weeks ago, Mariota carved up a tough Denver defense, throwing 50 passes and adding 55 more yards on the ground with his legs. His full arsenal of WRs is healthy, and the Giants defense has underperformed all year. There may be a culture shift with Shane Bowen fired, but the G-men have still allowed the fourth-most FPPG to opposing QBs.

Other options - Brock Purdy, Trevor Lawrence, Jaxson Dart, C.J. Stroud

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 15 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Christian McCaffrey, SF vs. TEN ($9,000)

Christian McCaffrey was (predictably) bottled up by Cleveland's stout rush defense, and he STILL managed to salvage his fantasy day thanks to the sheer volume he gets in that San Francisco offense. This week, there should be no resistance outside of Jeffery Simmons, and CMC should have carte blanche to do what he wants against a soft Titans defense.

McCaffrey is averaging 127.3 YPG from scrimmage, and he leads all RBs in both targets (107) and red-zone touches (71). Outside of Jonathan Taylor (who has taken a step back lately), there is no player more ball-dominant in his team's offense than McCaffrey. He's well worth the $9K price tag and should be one of the top players considered in all formats.

VALUE PLAY

Woody Marks, HOU vs. ARI ($5,600)

With Nick Chubb suffering an injury early on against the Chiefs, it was the Woody Marks show after that. Marks had a whopping 26 carries on an 87% snap share, and Dare Ogunbowale only had one snap (he annoyingly scored a TD with it). Marks was starting to take a stranglehold on the lion's share of touches anyway, and Chubb missing this upcoming game would only boost that.

Marks' matchup is far softer this week than it was against the Chiefs. Arizona has been getting blasted through the tackles and has allowed the second-most FPPG over the past five weeks (and has now allowed the fifth most overall). Marks is not priced for the role or matchup, and every game is like a playoff game to Houston at this point.

Be aware that, as of this writing, Marks ALSO has yet to practice this week.

Other options - Jahmyr Gibbs, Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley, Kenneth Walker III

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 15 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Puka Nacua, LAR vs. DET ($8,700)

Nacua went full nuclear mode on Arizona last week, posting a 7-162-2 line on 11 targets. More importantly, he showed the league (and his fantasy managers) that Adams isn't the only one in Ram-land who can score TDs. Adams' TD equity still has to be taken into account, but Nacua is as high-end a WR1 as it gets.

It's possible you can't afford Stafford in cash, which is fine. However, Nacua should be considered a priority. The Lions have allowed the most FPPG to opposing WRs over the last five weeks and have now given up the second most on the season. Even if Adams is the TD lord once again, there's nothing but an injury to stop Nacua from feasting on this banged-up Lions secondary.

VALUE PLAY

Jakobi Meyers, JAX vs. NYJ ($5,600)

Kudos to the Jags front office, as it seems like Jakobi Meyers was the missing piece we didn't know they needed. Jacksonville has taken over first place in the AFC South, and it's not outlandish to say Meyers has been the driving point behind its (and Trevor Lawrence's) success.

Lawrence has been hyper-efficient when targeting Meyers, as he has an over 80% catch rate. Meyers is also getting regular red zone looks, and he's scored a TD in three straight games for Jacksonville. Meyers has 28 targets over the last four weeks, and then the Jets' defensive rankings are plummeting since the trades of Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams.

Other options - Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Ja'Marr Chase, Nico Collins, Wan'Dale Robinson

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 15 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

George Kittle, SF vs. TEN ($5,400)

It's finally not a Trey McBride week, which means I get to write about someone else for a change! With McBride set to take on the stifling Texans D, we turn our attention to ol' reliable George Kittle. You could make the argument for Kittle being the overall TE1 for the fantasy playoffs even over McBride, based on Kittle's remaining schedule.

This week, he gets the Titans, who are in free-fall mode all season and are in the mix for the worst record in the NFL. Tennessee has struggled against the TE position all season, allowing the sixth-most FPPG and fifth-most receiving yards to the position. The 49ers have an implied total of 28.5 (second-highest on the slate), so you'll want a piece of this offense.

VALUE PLAY

Harold Fannin Jr., CLE @ CHI ($4,000)

The Titans-Browns game last week had an O/U of 35.5 points at kickoff, and finished with a final score of 31-29. Because ... football. What do we take from that? Probably nothing, as it was a matchup of bad teams. However, the one constant on the Browns offense since Shedeur Sanders took over has been fellow rookie Harold Fannin Jr.

Fannin went off against the Titans for an 8-114-1 line on 11 targets, and he leads the team in targets, catches, first-down receptions, and red-zone targets from Sanders. His 26.1% target share from Sanders in Week 14 was a season-high, and he gets a favorable matchup against the Bears this week. Fannin provides the necessary value at the position to fit in top-end skill positions.

Other options - Brenton Strange, Theo Johnson, Mike Gesicki, Colby Parkinson
