Seattle Kraken forward Yanni Gourde missed Wednesday's practice with a lower-body injury and is considered day-to-day. His season debut was delayed because of shoulder surgery and luckily it's not a recurrence of the problem. Gourde has just heated up for Seattle with goals in back-to-back games. He's managed a total of seven points in nine outings with 22 shots and 10 hits. Alex Wennberg dropped down to the second line to fill Gourde's spot at practice, with Jared McCann (COVID protocol) available again and on the top line. The team's next game comes on Thursday against Anaheim.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
