Wil Lutz Stays Limited Thursday
1 year agoDenver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz (hip) stayed limited at practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Lutz is dealing with a right-hip injury heading into a Week 13 matchup against the Houston Texans on the road. A full practice on Friday would give Lutz a great chance at serving as the starting kicker for the Broncos this Sunday. The 29-year-old has been very accurate in his first season in Denver, missing just two of his 26 field-goal attempts on the year. He wasn't much of a fantasy asset for the first half of the year, but Denver's offense has been much more productive during their current five-game winning streak, affording Lutz 17 field-goal tries over that span. Entering this weekend's contest in Houston, Lutz is on the streaming radar at the position if he's able to play.
