Von Miller Out 5-6 Months With Dislocated Tendon
4 years agoDenver Broncos linebacker Von Miller (ankle) was diagnosed with a dislocated peroneal tendon in his ankle after suffering the injury in practice on Tuesday. Essentially, the tendon flipped over the ankle bone. Miller will likely need surgery with a general recovery time of five to six months. In a best-case scenario, he'd be out for three months. The Broncos best defensive player will miss all of the 2020 season, which will make their defense a less-exciting starting unit in fantasy. It'll also put much more pressure on defensive end Bradley Chubb, who missed most of last year with a torn ACL in his knee. The Broncos will also need offseason acquisition Jurrell Casey to step up if they are going to compete with the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs in the AFC West.
