5 months agoToronto Blue Jays third baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was 2-for-4 with a grand slam during Saturday's 7-5 win over the Detroit Tigers. The 20-year-old phenom has had a scuffling start to his MLB career, so the big blast was a welcomed contribution. Guerrero is slashing .249/.324/.405 with nine home runs, 31 RBI, and 34 runs scored through 257 at-bats. Despite the occasional cold streak, Guerrero remains one of the most valuable players in keeper/dynasty formats. The patient owners will reap the rewards eventually.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
