The Minnesota Vikings defense was hampered by injuries in Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints. Thankfully, the injury report looked much better on Thursday heading into a Week 9 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Xavier Rhodes (foot) and Andrew Sendejo (groin), who both missed the Saints game, were limited participants on Thursday which bodes well for their chances of playing. On the other hand, Anthony Barr (hamstring) has still not practiced heading into Friday. The unit will be taking on a 16th ranked Lions offense that has been inconsistent from week-to-week. The Vikings are a mid-tier fantasy option for Week 9 that could be even more valuable depending on how the injuries intervene.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBallerRead More News
