Tyler Reddick nearly snagged the pole position for the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard. Instead, he will have to settle for the outside of Row 1. Reddick and his 23XI Racing car finished 0.145 seconds off the time of Daniel Suarez. Toyota and Chevy occupy 11 of the first 12 positions. Reddick won this race last year with a perfect speed chart. He was first at every lap increment. The No. 45 driver has three road wins since 2020 and is arguably the hottest driver in NASCAR when it comes to left and right turns. Reddick's greatest rival may be his pit crew. Hopefully those mistakes decrease with the changes made this week. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
