Tyler Mahle Wins Second Game
6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Tyler Mahle picked up his second win of the season in a 9-3 victory over the Washington Nationals on Friday. Mahle allowed three runs over five innings while striking out eight and walking two in the win. The young hurler has been solid for the Reds this season, posting a 2-5 record, 4.26 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 67 strikeouts in 61 1/3 innings of work. He is a worthwhile streaming option in good matchups. Mahle will take the mound against the St. Louis Cardinals in his next start.
