1 year agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett led the team in receptions and receiving yards in Sunday's loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The ninth-year veteran caught all six of his targets for 89 receiving yards, his highest total since Week 10. Concerns that quarterback Geno Smith (groin) would cede a start to backup Drew Lock came true, but it did not hamper Lockett who outdid his three-catch, 30-yard performance against the Niners two weeks ago. Lockett has not provided many boom weeks for fantasy managers in 2023, but he provides a safe floor in PPR leagues. Next week the Seahawks play the Philadelphia Eagles who have allowed the most receptions and touchdowns to opposing wide receivers in the league, making Lockett a viable option even if Lock draws another start.--Dan Stephens - RotoBaller
