Tyler Herro Questionable For Monday's Contest
2 years agoMiami Heat guard Tyler Herro (ankle) is questionable for Monday's meeting with Portland. He is troubled by a left ankle sprain and could miss his first game of the season. The 22-year-old sharpshooter suffered an eye injury in last Tuesday's win over Golden State and had to exit early, but Herro has had no trouble performing well after that, logging 38 minutes on both outings since then and scoring 55 points. He is averaging close to 20 points for the season with some solid rebounding numbers and a few assists. Gabe Vincent should benefit the most if Herro is unable to go Monday. He has struggled for most of the season, but Vincent has shown some signs of life in recent games, and getting more minutes might be just what he needs to rebuild his confidence.
