Ty Gibbs ended up in fourth place at the conclusion of the Bank of America ROVAL 400 this weekend, grabbing his fourth top-five finish of the season (and of his career in the Cup Series). Gibbs now has three top-fives over the last eight Cup Series races overall, as the likely Rookie of the Year continues to show major improvement as the 2023 season winds down. Still, he was not satisfied at the conclusion of the race. "We didn't win, so I don't think there's a lot to be satisfied by, but we were really fast, I've got to get better on restarts, I really cost us some ground there," Gibbs stated. Despite the negativity from the young driver, things are looking bright for his future in NASCAR's premier series.--Jordan McAbee
