4 years agoMiami Dolphins rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (thumb) has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Week 12 against the Jets. It will be veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick getting the start on Sunday. Tagovailoa jammed his thumb against a helmet in practice on Wednesday and has been limited this week. The Dolphins just don't want to take any chances with their franchise quarterback. The matchup is a great one against the winless Jets, so Fitzpatrick will be on the QB2 streaming radar in superflex leagues. If anything, the move to Fitz should help wide receiver DeVante Parker. The 38-year-old journeyman QB went 18-for-27 for 191 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in the first meeting with New York back in Week 6.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
