Tom Brady Not Expected To Participate Regularly In Offseason Program
7 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady isn't expected to participate regularly in the team's offseason program, in the opinion of ESPN's Jeff Darlington. Brady is planning to spend more time with his family and body coach Alex Guerrero. It's not uprecedented for Brady to do this, as he did something similar in 2008, 2009 and 2010. 2008 was the season that Brady injured his knee in the season opener, and in 2010 he threw for only 3,900 yards, although he also had 36 touchdowns and just four interceptions that year. Missing some offseason workouts won't dissuade anyone from selecting Brady, who will be 41 this season, from selecting him as a QB1 in 2018.
