Titans Complete Interview With Bobby Slowik
11 months agoHouston Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik became the seventh person to interview for the Tennessee Titans' head-coaching position on Thursday. The Titans are looking for a new head coach after firing Mike Vrabel following six years with the organization. Slowik's contributions to rookie first-round quarterback C.J. Stroud in his first year as a play-caller has been a critical factor in the Texans being able to make the playoffs and advance to the Divisional Round. He was previously the offensive passing-game coordinator with the San Francisco 49ers for six seasons. Both Slowik and Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans started as defensive quality control coaches in San Fran. The Titans have already interviewed Bengals OC Brian Callahan, Giants OC Mike Kafka, Raiders interim head coach Antonio Pierce, Ravens DC Mike MacDonald, Cowboys DC Dan Quinn and Panthers OC Thomas Brown.
