4 years agoFormer first-rounder Tim Tebow recently worked out for the Jacksonville Jaguars as a tight end, according to a source. There has been at least some discussion of him signing. Tebow continues to stick around. The obvious connection here is head coach Urban Meyer, who was Tebow's head coach in college at Florida. The 33-year-old had some fleeting success with the team that drafted him, the Denver Broncos, but the league quickly adjusted to his run-first style, and he didn't have much success after that. The Jaguars have been searching for a productive tight end for some time, and they currently have Tyler Eifert, Chris Manhertz, Tyler Davis, Ben Ellefson and James O'Shaughnessy at the position. It's unlikely that Tebow signs, let alone makes an impact in the NFL again.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
