Tim Anderson Hitless In Return From Injured List
2 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson returned from the injured list on Tuesday to go 0-for-4 at the plate with a walk and a strikeout out of the leadoff spot in the team's 3-2 extra-inning win over the visiting Minnesota Twins. Anderson had been out since April 10 due to a knee injury, but he's now back as one of the most dynamic shortstops in the game. The 29-year-old has only played in 12 games in 2023 because of his knee injury, and he's gone 14-for-51 (.275) with five doubles, four RBI, five stolen bases and nine runs scored in 54 plate appearances. Anderson has yet to clear the fences yet, but he remains a must-start in all fantasy lineups when he's in the lineup.
