Terry Rozier Returns With Hot Three-Point Shooting
2 years agoCharlotte Hornets guard Terry Rozier ended a seven-game absence on Saturday, leading his team with 25 points in a 98-94 loss to Brooklyn. He struggled with his shot and went 9-for-24 from the field, but Rozier was in superb form from behind the arc with a 6-for-14 effort. In 36 minutes of action, Rozier added seven rebounds to his line with three assists and four turnovers. After being forced to miss two weeks of action, this was only the third game of the season for Rozier. The 28-year-old sniper has so far averaged 23.5 points per game with 7.0 rebounds and 8.5 assists, but he has shot below 40 percent from the field, and Rozier will definitely play a lesser role once LaMelo Ball (ankle) is ready for his season debut.
