T.J. Watt Listed As Week-To-Week
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers star pass-rusher T.J. Watt (hip, knee) left the Week 10 tie with the Detroit Lions in the third quarter and didn't return. Watt suffered hip and knee injuries and is considered week-to-week, so don't be surprised if he has to miss the upcoming Week 11 game against the Los Angeles Chargers. He is undergoing an MRI exam on Monday. We'll have a better idea on the 27-year-old's status once the Steelers start practicing this week on Wednesday. Those in IDP leagues need to play for a potential multi-week absence, though. Watt, a two-time All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowler, is having an excellent season with 39 tackles (29 solo), a league-high 13 tackles for loss, 20 QB hits, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 12.5 sacks, so losing him for any amount of time would be a big loss for the Steelers defense.
