3/14:San Francisco Giants outfielder Steven Duggar (shoulder) played in his second consecutive Cactus League spring game without any setbacks after some hard contact. He even had to dive back into first base once, with his non-repaired arm, which likely worried the training staff. Duggar has not been cleared to dive in the outfield, and he is itching to be cleared from those last remaining restrictions. Duggar could wind up having a pretty sizable role in the San Francisco outfield this season, but he doesn't have a lot of pop and his strikeouts are a bit high. Treat him more as a low-end NL-only fantasy option at this point.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
