2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (back) went 1-for-1 with an RBI, run scored and a walk in two plate appearances as a pinch-hitter off the bench in Sunday's 8-7 extra-inning win over the Philadelphia Phillies. The 24-year-old has been dealing with mid-back tightness and hasn't started a game for the Braves since Sept. 21, but the fact that he entered the game on Sunday and got two at-bats is a good sign that he might be able to return on Monday for the start of a series against the Washington Nationals. He's been in and out of the lineup at times this year due to various injuries. Acuna is hitting .263 (20-for-76) with two home runs, 11 RBI, nine runs scored and three stolen bases in 19 games in September.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
