Former Baltimore Ravens linebackers coach Rob Ryan has been hired as the senior defensive assistant with the Las Vegas Raiders, according to sources. Ryan spent five years as the Raiders defensive coordinator from 2004-08. Baltimore parted ways with Ryan and defensive coordinator Don "Wink" Martindale after the 2021 season. The Ravens hired Mike Macdonald to take over for Martindale. The 59-year-old Ryan coached Washington's inside linebackers in 2019 before he sat out the 2020 NFL season. In addition to Martindale and Ryan, the Ravens also lost tight ends coach Bobby Engram, who left to become the University of Wisconsin's offensive coordinator. Ryan will now be working with the likes of Denzel Perryman, Divine Deablo and Cory Littleton in Vegas.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
