7 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski said he will return for the 2018 season after contemplating retirement. “I met with coach [Bill Belichick] today and informed him I will be back for the 2018 season with the Pats,” Gronkowski wrote on his Instagram account. “I have been working out, staying in shape and feel great." Because he's dealt with a number of serious injuries in his career, the soon-to-be 29-year-old was considering hanging up his cleats. Gronk will return, but he'll sit out of offseason workouts in order to rest his body. He's extremely injury-prone, which makes him a high-risk, high-reward fantasy tight end.
