The Baltimore Ravens signed first-round linebacker Jayson Oweh to his four-year rookie deal on Friday. The Ravens added the Penn State product with the 31st overall pick in this year's draft, the draft selection that they acquired when they shipped offensive tackle Orlando Brown to the Kansas City Chiefs. Oweh has excellent speed for his size and should be an immediate starter on the Ravens defensive line opposite Calais Campbell, but he'll need to improve on his hand technique at the next level. But the 22-year-old has outstanding first-step explosiveness and should fit in nicely with a solid Baltimore defense. Oweh could be a dangerous pass-rusher off the edge if his game is refined a little bit.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
