Rashaad Penny Could Play Thursday
Rashaad Penny (finger), who is no longer wearing a cast on his finger, could play in the preseason finale on Thursday, according to head coach Pete Carroll. The Seahawks haven't made a final decision, and they may choose to play it safe and hold him out. Penny has lost valuable repetitions in training camp and the preseason due to his injury, and Chris Carson has taken advantage and will open the year as the lead back as a result. Penny has plenty of upside, though, and will likely see his role increase throughout the season.
