Raiders May Be Interested In Robby Anderson
5 years agoThe Las Vegas Raiders, who were interested in trading for New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson at last year's trade deadline, could look to sign him when he becomes a free agent this March. Anderson will likely be too expensive for the Jets to keep, and he should receive plenty of interest around the league despite a disappointing 2019 season in which he caught 52 passes for 779 yards and five touchdowns. The 26-year-old has yet to have a 1,000-yard season in his four NFL seasons, but he's missed just two games in that span and would be a needed addition for Oakland's pass-catching group. In a Raiders offense that rarely threatens opponents deep, though, landing with the Raiders might not be the best place for Anderson's fantasy value.
