Patrick Cantlay finished tied for fifth at The American Express two weeks ago and is back in action this week for the ATT Pebble Beach Pro-Am. In his two starts this season, Cantlay has two top-20 finishes, and he has strong historical performances at this event. He finished tied for 11th in 2024, tied for fourth in 2022, and tied for third in 2021. It's worth mentioning that over the past 12 months, Cantlay ranks in the 63rd percentile in proximity to the hole on approach shots from 100-150 yards in the fairway. This is significant since more than 26% of approach shots at last year's tournament came from this distance.
