Parris Campbell Signs With Giants
2 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Parris Campbell signed an undisclosed deal with the New York Giants on Thursday, according to a source. The former Ohio State Buckeye is coming off a career-best 62-catch, 623-yard, three-touchdown season in 2022 with the Indianapolis Colts last year, also adding two rushing touchdowns. Campbell has been very injury-prone in his career to this point, never playing more than seven games in a single season heading into the 2022 season. The 25-year-old provides speed from the slot, though, and will provide a modest upgrade for a Giants team that could still use some more upgrades at the position alongside Wan'Dale Robinson and Sterling Shepard. The G-Men surely aren't done adding to the WR room, so it remains to be seen how big of a role Campbell will have in 2023.
