The Carolina Panthers fired cornerbacks coach Evan Cooper and defensive line coach Paul Pasqualoni on Monday. Head coach Matt Rhule was fired after a 1-4 start to the season, and now more coaches in Carolina will follow him out the door. Cooper was hired in 2020, and the 73-year-old Pasqualoni joined the Panthers before this season after head-coaching gigs at Syracuse and the University of Connecticut. Defensive assistant Bobby Maffei and interim defensive coordinator Al Holcomb will help with the defensive backs moving forward, while Don Johnson and Terrance Knighton will coach the defensive line. The Panthers were outgained 464 to 228 total yards in the Week 9 blowout loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
