There were some close rounds, but Shevchenko was just too much for Fiorot over five rounds as the flyweight champion secured the win with all three judges giving her the nod with 48-47 scorecards. The fight saw Aldo being better in the first half of the fight but faltering in the latter stages, ultimately resulting in a controversial unanimous decision defeat. It was an extremely close fight, and Zahabi was almost knocked out in the final round, but in the end, all three officials gave Zahabi the fight with 29-28 scorecards across the board. Grasso just couldn't get any real offense going, so she was dominated throughout the 15-minute fight. There was not much Prepolec could do as he was dominated from the opening bell to the point where Saint-Denis landed a nasty arm triangle choke to finish the fight. In 7:35 of action, Prepolec landed 12 significant strikes, compared to Saint-Denis, who landed 54. Prepolec is still winless in the UFC, going 0-3. With the loss, Prepolec dropped to 18-9 as a pro.
