Julian Marquez suffered a first-round TKO loss to Cody Brundage in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 103 on Saturday. After trading heavy shots from the outset, with both fighters having their moments, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez. Brundage followed up with ground-and-pound, finishing Marquez with 15 seconds remaining in the first round. In 4:45 of action, Marquez landed 37 significant strikes. Brundage was badly hurt by Marquez toward the end of the opening round, but Brundage was able to turn things around. Not long after that, Brundage landed an upercut that hurt Marquez. Esteban Ribovics suffered a split decision loss to Nasrat Haqparast on the main card of UFC Vegas 103 on Saturday. During the three-round battle, Haqparast ultimately got the better of Ribovics via split decision. The first and the second round went to Haqparast while the third round went to Ribovics. Patterson stunned Barlow with a massive right hand that set up his finish. Once he had rocked Barlow, Patterson pressured Barlow with a barrage of punches, dropping Barlow.
